Myga Surf City Project in Alaçatı, Turkey

Our North Sails distribution partner in Turkey has set up a great new windsurfing center at Alacati. Check out what they report:




After a long hard work for this project, we have opened the Myga Surf City facilities approx in the end of June of the summer. We had some serious delays due to several problems in the beginning stage but Myga Surf City is opened successfully as the most modern surf center in Turkey and probably in the World as people are talking like now.




We became the official venue for the PWA event in our first months and event is just finished two days ago. It was the best PWA event of the year as all racers are talking about. We worked hard for this event and we hope it will help the worldwide marketing of Myga Surf City for coming years. Sponsors, PWA and all racers were very happy with the organization. Myga Surf City will be the official race venue for coming 5 years as we agreed with the event organizer recently.




As a B&M test center, we rigged approximately 150 North Sails rigs, 90 Fanatic and Mistral boards and 25 NKB kites in Myga Surf City.




In Myga Surf City, We are giving windsurf lessons for all levels, renting and supplying test riders for the equipments, giving kitesurf lessons and rentals under the name of “Progressive Kiteboard Center” and We have kids club for the families in Myga Surf City facilities.
